Standard furniture orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Milligram ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most home decor and small furniture items. Items must be in their original packaging and original condition. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's tracking portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Milligram account.
