Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Milligram account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order number and zip code.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Milligram packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are used to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
